This Web site was done through RiskINFO, a company specializing in tools for Risk Management companies, including doing Web sites.
The client needed the site to be designed for a screen resolution that, at the time, was widely used and would be readable for the general public.
The inside pages were for the members who had the same operating system (set on a wider resolution) and browser. I was asked to create an invisible frames site.
The Home Page (left) is divided into 2 frames; inside pages have 3 frames.
The top horizontal navigation is 1 frame. The inside pages have an additional horizontal section navigation, which is a second frame.
The rest of the page is a third frame. Cascading Style Sheets were used throughout the site.
The logo needed to be cleaned for the site.
