The design was done by Abra Marketing, a Web design company. I reconstructed the navigation art and wrote the JavaScript to make the remote rollovers.
At first view, the vertical gray bars are solid color. When the cursor goes over a navigational word, a corresponding gray bar displays an image and text describing that page.
