The original design called for all full color photos. I suggested keeping color images limited to projects and using the color scheme to make duotone photos for others, giving the site a more sophisticated look.
The employment page shows duotoned photos. The photo essay I asked them to do was a more interesting use of images that individually had less punch then as a group.
